Put your trainers back on for better grip. Those straps will be hurting your feet too

You def. they can't jump anywhere near Floyd, especially that speed, agility, footwork, coordination and that slickness!

I'm insprired to skip rope like that . There's a couple at my gym, i'll have to give 'em a go after seeing this. Raised pushups are good off of steps/benches, however I prefer to do Diamonds as they work chest more (and tri's). Chin to floor, kiss that ground! Great form. Thanks dude
I love it ! I live in Paris. Trying to gain muscles after some health issues. I was over 53 what is extremely low for me. I should over 65 or at least over 58 as the bare minimum. Now I am almost 59 going to the gym twice a week and now I decided to ride a bike twice a week outdoors. Just started this week and I really feel how it makes my muscles give everything so I can’t eat to see the results

I’m only starting out at jumping rope but I think this video is going to make the whole experience far easier. I’ve watched like a million videos about how to start jumping rope and frankly none of them come anywhere near the quality of this one - it’s got everything you need to start and making things fun.

Classes are great. Audio is uneven. In some videos music is obnoxiously louder than the host.
It's a nice video but mam your most of the exercises are in wrong and poor form
tacx smart trainer recommended to inflow the tire to max pressure.. any advice could be helpful

I compete as a professional disc golfer in an advanced age division. I'm curious as to how to incorporate the rip trainer into the backhand throwing motion. Most of the hockey exercises will translate to the forehand motion, but the backhand is a different beast. Thanks

spent weeks trying to put a tire on watched this video only took me 15 minutes to put the tire on by hand .
